Denise's Wedding GownOctober Bride 2009

Here I did well, since you can see the front and back all in one shot. The dress drapes beautifully across the front and we've added hooks so it bustles nicely in the back for Denise to dance at her wedding.

Her dress actually needed the sleeves removed and the shoulders taken up three inches and then the sleeves made smaller and reattached. A good bit of the beading needed to be removed and then replaced after the alterations were completed.

This is why we can't give a quote on just what wedding gown alterations would be until we actually see the dress and can assess what jobs need to be done.

Call for appointments so we can see your gown and give you an estimate.

Tara's Wedding Gown - AOctober Bride and her Admirer

Tara needed several fittings and Andrea was sure to be here whenever she came. She just loved watching Tara try the dress on and thought her dress to be so beautiful.

I think they became fast friends over the weeks of her fittings, so I thought it quite appropriate for Andrea to have a picture with this beautiful October Bride.

Tara's Wedding Gown - BOctober Bride

Tara's gown was so beautiful in the back also that I had to add a picture from there as well. She made many visits to the shop and, as always, by the time the bride takes her gown home, I feel like I know them so well.

Flower GirlFlower Girl

Pretty as a picture, Ryleigh is ready to be in the wedding. They found just the right dress but it needed some additions to make it match the bridesmaids.

I made a new sash and bow and even a bow for her hair. And what pretty curls !!!

Another July Bride

Seems like we have a bride for every month and sometimes several each month. I love to post them all on the website. I can't possible pick which is more beautiful since they all seem to be just right for each girl who has picked their 'special gown.'

Doesn't Ashleigh look beautiful in this halter style gown with an extra long train ? It barely fits in the shop. The lace and cut out work along with the roses that adorn the train are stunning.
